Nice to meet you.
I’m Heidi, a Stress and Sleep Science Coach for Midlife Women who are ready to reclaim their sleep, reduce stress, and rediscover their energy and joy in life.
I have been in your shoes. I know what it is like to not sleep well.
Why did I become a Stress and Sleep Science Coach?
Not too long ago, I found myself in a cycle of sleepless nights and exhausting days, all fueled by stress. I would lie awake for hours with my mind racing. The thought of going to bed filled me with dread knowing I’d toss and turn, anxious about how tired I’d be the next day.
Then came my wake-up call—literally and figuratively. I realized that to break free from this cycle, I needed to take control of my sleep and stress levels. I immersed myself in research, learning everything I could about sleep science and stress management. I made meaningful changes in my life and my relationship with sleep.
I used to say “I HAVE to go to bed.” Now I say “I GET to go to bed”.
Now, I wake up refreshed and energized, ready to embrace each day. Transforming my sleep has transformed my life—I have more energy, handle stress more effectively, and feel genuinely happier. It’s become my passion and mission to share this knowledge and help midlife women find their path to better rest and less stress.
As a certified Sleep Science and Life Coach, I founded Sweet Dreams Coaching with a clear purpose: to help midlife women like you manage stress and achieve better sleep. My approach combines sleep science, mindfulness, time management, and life coaching to emphasize self-care, healthy boundaries, and sustainable habits for long-term improvements in sleep and stress reduction.
